Software Modules

Attendance
Record, monitor and analyse student AM/PM atendance. Includes DfES attendance codes, colour coding of absence, individual and group stats, etc. This module makes it possible to mark a register with just one click!

Conduct Behaviour Management
A great piece of software for recording both negative and positive behaviours. Includes the ability to contact parents by letter, email and SMS text message, behaviour types, incident points, advanced stats, dynamic charts and much more.

Cover Manager
Need to manage staff supply cover? Spending too much time doing it? Cover Manager aims to take the hassle and stress out of managing teacher supply cover. Add your staff, add their timetables (supports import from SIMS, CMIS, CSV, tab text, FileMaker, Access and Excel) and start adding cover. Cover manager includes the ability to analyse data using Flash charts and to produce accurate reports on cover allocated, staff used and much more.

Lesson Planner
Available in standard or advanced flavours, Lesson Planner allows teachers to produce professional lesson plans quickly and easily. The advanced version also features a month/week/day planner, timetables, programmes of study, attainment targets, state standards and schemes of work.

Report Writer - Online report writing is now available!

Report Writer aims to make writing reports anytime, anywhere a reality. Two versions are available: a desktop programme or a hosted web browser application. We've got a live online demo of the web browser version that can be tried for free. This uses FileMaker Server Advanced and Instant Web Publishing (IWP) to allow acces via your web browser to a standard FileMaker 8 file that has been set to allow sharing via the web.
